Investor confidence plays a pivotal role in driving the development and commercialization of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and biotechnology. However, concerns over intellectual property (IP) risks—including infringement, theft, and legal uncertainties—can deter investment in these high-potential sectors.
